Avenue Mall is located in the heart of the capital Amman, in the Sweifieh area, one of the most vital areas in Amman in terms of shopping traffic.

In 2010, Qattous Group expanded its project portfolio by introducing the Avenue Mall, featuring contemporary interior design characterized by vibrant colors.

The building boasts a unique exterior that enhances its aesthetic appeal, complemented by natural sunlight during the day. Spanning around 46,000 meters, the mall comprises five floors.

Maxim mall is a community commercial mall that was established in 2003 with more than 100 different shops to suit all customers' needs.
