Job Summary:

Managing the operations in the Main & sub warehouses from receiving the goods, storing them and distributing them to showrooms on time.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

·  Responsible for (inbound & outbound) system driven functions of the distribution center.

·  Ensures that all system procedures are followed as per the SOP’s .

·  Drives KPI” s to ensure they are met and achieved through effective people and resources management.

·  Provides daily reports with emphasis on productivity, manpower and time utilization.

·  Ensures all stocks withing the warehouse are handled in line with flow’s stock procedures and the correct documentation is processed and posted to maintain accurate system figures.

·  Develops and manages the performance of the warehouse supervisors & keepers to ensure all stock movement and related matters are consistently kept up to date and accurate, maintains correct documentation record and processes are followed within the company procedures.

·  Promotes and demonstrates all health, safety and security measures for warehouse employees, providing a clear, safe and secure working environment.

·  Issues stock reports on daily bases for all related stakeholders.

·  Supervising the item pricing process with the ordering and inventory planning department.

·  Supervising the preparation of the received goods (flags, pricing, arranging them on shelves and hanging them) .

·  Supervising the sorting of damaged items and parts that must be repaired or cleaned upon receipt or inventory.

·  To verify inventory and transfers on the ERP system & WMS and to make sure that no pending transfers or releases.

·  Planning the setup and ensuring optimal use of available spaces.

·  Manage the warehouse team and implement ongoing training plan.

·  Adherence to the requirements of storage and shipping legislation.

·  Managing the daily orders (replenish or new releases) based on the planning team instruction to be delivered in accurate manner in terms of quantity and delivery time.

·  Receiving and splitting shipments in coordination with the planning team.

·  Arranging the goods in an appropriate and labeled manner so that the required parts are easily accessible

·  Preparing reports periodically, such as available stock, aged stock, slow moving items …etc

·  Managing inventory control using our WMS.

·  Supervising the periodic inventory process of warehouses.

·  Performs any other duties related to his job as assigned by the Direct Supervisor.

Job Specifications:

·  Bachelor's Degree in industrial engineering or any related field

·  7-9 Years of experience in Warehouse Management.

·  WMS experience is a must.
